Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Manual Override of Eligibility and Verifications

There are reasons (for instance court order) where case determination needs to be overridden manually. Regardless of the System determination case worker would force what is individual program eligibility. In some instances, case worker is asked to override outstanding verification without prior resolving it.

    Hi Sigitas,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time as it does not align with our current roadmap strategy and it is therefore not something that we plan to address in-product.

For your entitlement request, this can currently be achieved but without a manual override button. For example you can have evidence specific to the purpose that if set it supersedes all other evidence and the rules are written to act accordingly. Such evidence can be given a period - therefore the entitlement (override) reflects this period too. This approach is traceable and auditable whereas a manual override button would be difficult to manage from a system perspective - for example what would the reassessment option do if the caseworker has performed a system override manually?

For the verification request, we do provide verification waiver functionality currently. Once a verification waiver exists against an outstanding verification, processing can progress. We don't offer the UI for a caseworker to do this, the expectation is that the waivers are added programatically as needed and we provide APIs, so you could add this feature yourself. We feel that the decision (as to whether caseworkers should be allowed to override verifications) needs to be on a solution by solution basis rather than added by default into the platform.

Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

Thank you for your enhancement request. We are currently analysing the requirement and will provide another update when that analysis is complete to confirm whether or not the enhancement will be considered in a future functional release.
