Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Release Notes in CSV / Excel Format

Please release an additional set of Release Notes that can be imported into Excel to allow each release note item to be managed locally.

Every project I have worked on takes the release notes in their current format (HTML) and has to translate it to Excel.

    Hi Mark,

We are happy to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.2.0.

Release notes are provided in .csv format on Passport Advantage.

The way release notes are presented has been changed to help customers more easily assess upgrade impact and get through the associated analysis process faster.

For each release, a .csv version of the release notes will be published on Passport Advantage. The format of the .csv will include new headings to detail the Description, User Interface Impact, Steps to Reproduce and Resolution.

We hope that this will meet your requirements sufficiently.

I will now close this ticket as delivered.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

    Hi Mark,

Release notes have been provided in .csv format on Passport Advantage for the past two years.

In the next generally available (GA) release the release notes will be published in .csv format however there will be a number of changes made to the column headings based on feedback we have received, with the aim being to reduce time assessing upgrade impacts.

I will update this ticket with more detail on these changes shortly.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

Ideally the list could also indicate the customer who raised the PMR that resulted in a fix.
This will enable customers to just filter the list by their customer ID/number to know how they benefit from an upgrade.
