PMR is raised for long running SQL in employer search popup page while adding a employment record on Person.
Currently, the search query considers both ‘Employer' and ‘Prospect Employer' to bring the results back. As the volume of ProspectEmployer is huge, the query takes more time in certain search criteria and ends up in stale connection (unhandled server exception).
System behavior currently doesn't allow to create a employment record for Prospect Employer. If system doesn't allow, then employer search query can be limited to only registered employers.
We have requested if this change can be incorporated in product, So RFE request is to limit the employer search to registered employers only.
Hi Michelle,
We would like to understand the exact scope of this enhancement request as the associated PMR WH00011891 for the long-running SQL issue is still under investigation.
The comments within the PMR suggested raising an RFE for the system to only allow searches for fully registered Employers only.
Please clarify the exact requirements within 30 days so we may proceed with our evaluation. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe we will have to close the request due to insufficient information.
Thank you,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team
