Cannot do a name search on the Application Resource page

Problem:
The current Application Resource search page is a filtered search, offering 6 filters for thousands of records.
In terms of usability, it can be very difficult for users to find the resources they are looking for.

Requirement:
Give the users the ability of searching the Application Resources by the name of the resource. Due to the non-uniformity in the name field of the files, the search needs to be a wild card search.
The search screen is also not designed in line with other areas. The ability to reset searches, hide search criteria and results need to be done.
The following requirements outline what need to be updated to fulfill the requirements.

Addition of new Search Criteria:
A new field 'Name' is required. The name will enable users to input a full name of a resource item, or a partial name.
The 'Name' field will be positioned before the 'Category' field.
Partial Name Search:
Due to naming conventions of the files, users will need to be able to enter partial file names. The searches must be wild card enabled.
If a user inputs 'curam' into the text input field, everything starting with curam should be returned.

Addition of a Reset button:
Currently it is not possible to reset a search once it is completed.
A new 'Reset' button is required. When the button is clicked, the search results are cleared.
Standardize Search Page:
Rename the label 'Filter Criteria' to 'Search Criteria'. There is now more than one criteria.
The list that displays the search results should be in it's own cluster.
The cluster should have a title of 'Search Results'.
The cluster should inform the user the number of records returned in the search ( Number of Items xx)
