Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Performance Issue: Attaching 3MB file as case log on an Child Welfare Investigation is taking 18 seconds

Issue: Attaching 3MB file is taking avg 18 sec

Create Intake
Create Assessment
Create New Case Log from Contacts tab
Add all the details and attach a 3MB .JPEG file in the attachments page and click on Finish button
On clicking on finish button on case logs pop up, it is taking average of ~15 sec -~18 sec and more than ~25sec most of the times.
Analysis: We observed that the following SQLs are major contributors for the high response times.
If we carefully look into the SQLs, The select SQL is executed 3037 times and there is a Update SQL executed 1013 times and immediately followed by a Delete SQL of 1013 times. Whatever we updated in earlier SQL is getting deleted immediatly.

    Address performance issues in the wizard infrastructure when attaching files.

    The theme is aligned with our current multi-year strategy for our product and we have accepted your suggestion as a consideration for a future release.
