Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to reassess/redo SDM assessments or allegations when the Reponse Priority is completed

See PMR number 70459999649. There was an APAR for this issue PO02115 . The APAR now states this issue will not be fixed so therefore we are moving forward with requesting this issue be addressed as an enhancement request.
In IBM Curam Child Welfare, when creating an Intake case using
Structured Decision Making (SDM) the current behavior is as
follows:

Once the Screening Assessment is completed, and at least one
allegation is added it is not possible to reassess the
Screening Assessment. However, the intake worker is able to
delete the allegations at which point they are allowed to
reassess the Screening Assessment. This provides a level of
flexibility in the event that incorrect allegations were added
and/or questions in the Screening Assessment were answered
incorrectly.

When the Intake worker 'finishes' a Response Priority
Assessment (RPA) and the status is updated to completed,
however; from that point onwards (even if the Intake has not
yet been submitted for approval), it is no longer possible to
reassess the RPA, delete allegations related to the RPA, or
reassess the Screening Assessment.

This same behavior exists if an Intake is submitted for
approval and subsequently returned by the supervisor for
re-work.

If a user makes an error on the sdm assessments prior to the Intake being approved/closed there is no option to reassess.

If a user makes an error on the allegation there is no option to edit or delete prior to the Intake being approved/closed.

    Hi Amber,

Thank you for your enhancement request.
We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release.
I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.

    Thank you,
Laura Sanghi, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
