  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

MS Edge - Support for Curam Universal Access

Hi,

We need support for MS Edge browser support for Curam Universal Access.

As of now IE11 is supported in Windows 10, so, we need support for MS Edge also.

Universal Access being client facing application needs support for this broswer.

Also, Universal Access uses IEG Framework for Intake and Screening so MS edge should be supported for IEG.

    Hi Aeshu,

    Support has been added for the Microsoft Edge browser to access the Universal Access application. The version certified for this release is Microsoft Edge 38.

    As per our third party support strategy, it is not our policy to backport support for third party software products to older product lines.

    I will now close this as delivered.

    Hi Aeshu,

    We acknowledge that this enhancement request has been accepted for consideration.
    We intend to roll out support for Edge on the external applications in the short term and for the internal application at a later stage.

    Thank you for your enquiry. At this time we are evaluating including MS Edge as a supported browser in a future release. As more information becomes available, we will update this request accordingly.
