Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests

The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

      Hi Hosein,

      Windows 10 is now supported as a development environment in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.0.0, that was released yesterday.

      It is not our policy to backport support for third party software products to older product lines, therefore I will now close this ticket.

      Hi Hosein,

      Apologies for the delay in responding to this request.

      For client machines, we are only concerned about the version of the browser - in Curam version 6.0.5.8 we certify support for IE9. If the client machines are upgraded to the latest version of Curam, the supported IE version is 11. We are also currently investigating the support of Microsoft Edge which comes with Windows 10. If your client machines will use this, please let me know.

      This is not a duplicate of 83751.

      We are interested in both.

      As Government of Ontario migrates to Windows 10 both the developers desktops and the Caseworkers desktops need to be supported with Windows 10 and Curam.

      Please contact ticket owner for 83751 for more information on that if needed.

      I ask both tickets be tied together as both are related and required.

      Thank you for your enhancement request. We are currently analysing the requirement and will provide another update when that analysis is complete to confirm whether or not the enhancement will be considered in a future functional release.
