Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Authorized Representative Functionality

The State of Minnesota has requirements for adding an authorized representative during initial application or after, such as any time after initial application. This warrants us to have functionality to allow case workers to add an authorized representative at initial application and to an ongoing case.
Currently OOTB does not offer functionality to:
- Register an authorized representative in the caseworker portal
- Add an authorized representative to an ongoing case
- Ensure the authorized representative has the ability to act on more than just application submission

We would like the above features to be added to Cúram OOTB. Cases #TS002118899

    Hi Minnesota,

At present, we support Authorized Representative through evidence types available in Income Support (CGISS) and Insurance Affordability (HCR).

CGISS includes an Authorized Representative evidence type that can be entered in the Income Support integrated case. Using Authorized Representative evidence type, the user can either select a case participant, search for an existing participant, or enter a new participant to serve as the authorized representative, which then results in the registration of the authorized representative in the caseworker portal.

HCR also includes an Authorized Representative evidence type which let's the user select from an existing case participant. With this approach, the authorized representative would be registered first and added to the Insurance Affordability integrated case as a case participant.

Please let us know if you have considered these evidence types and if they meet your requirements?

If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.

    Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
