Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Validation on Child Support Arrears not required

If the Custodial Parent is receiving Child support arrears for a child who is no more a minor, then we have no way of entering this information using the Absent Parent evidence functionality due to the OOTB validation.
However, since the OOTB validation does not allow regular child support payments for a child over 18 there is still an issue due to some support orders require the payments until they graduate and not all children graduate at 18.
The validation for entering child support needs to be relaxed and likely just be a warning message rather than a full stop edit message. This will allow States to record child support income as long as needed and as stipulated by the court order.
For example when you try to enter Child Support Enforcement Evidence for Lisa Smith (19) you get a validation "Child Support Enforcement - The Child must be a minor."
