Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Reference Number in Payments Inline Page

On Payments inline page, please provide the Reference Number in inline page. This will be useful for Finance User.

    Hi Shilpa,

    We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion.

    Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:

    • You would like the ability to display the the Bank Transaction reference on the financial UIM

    We acknowledge the benefit of your suggested enhancement however other enhancements are taking a priority in our planning currently. Although we will not be addressing this item in the near term, your suggestion will be available for future consideration. This request will be closed, and we will not be taking any further action.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

    Hi Graham McCrindle,

    Please let me know the status of this. In all the Bank Transactions, we will get the Transaction number. So to communicate further on this, everyone refer this transaction number. We are looking for something similar to be updated in Reference Number.

    Hi Shilpa, I wasn't after more details about the Client I was after more information in relation to the UC, The screenshot does not assist us in understanding the Client Need / UC.

    Would you be able to describe in terms of the business need and why it is required, without additional information related to the UC we are unable to evaluate this request.

    We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion and require more information to properly understand the issue and the business scenario you are trying to support.

    • Can you please expand on the actual UCs for the financial user and how this will enhance the user experience for the finance user. Based on the limited information provided

      • Please provide a detailed description of the business challenge/problem

      • Provide details of the UC(s)

    Please provide the requested information within 30 days so we may proceed with our evaluation. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, we will have to close the request due to insufficient information.
