Shape the future of Merative!
We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas
Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,
Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea
Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Hi Jase,
We are pleased to inform you that your enhancement request has been partially delivered in the new release of IBM Social Program Management, version 8.0.0.
The following points highlight the improvements in the SPM V8.0.0 release and our continued commitment to ongoing iterative improvements in future releases.
The majority of dropdowns in SPM have been converted to the IBM Carbon dropdown component.

The following extract from the interactions section is applicable to this enhancement request:
'Users trigger a dropdown menu to open by clicking the chevron icon or clicking anywhere within the field. Users can close the menu by clicking the chevron icon or clicking outside of the menu.'

Hi Jase,
We have re-opened your request as we are now also planning to implement this enhancement in the main SPM Caseworker application.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram SPM product.
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
Hi Jase,
We are happy to inform you that your enhancement request has been delivered in the new release of IBM Cúram Social Program Management, version 7.0.3.0.
Your requirement to show the whole drop-down list like it does when you click on the actual drop-down arrow has been delivered in the new release of Universal Access.
The Universal Access user experience has been transformed to address this issue and more.
Universal Access delivers two new features in Version 7.0.3.0:
• IBM Universal Access Responsive Web Application
• IBM Social Program Management Design System
For more information on this, see the Knowledge Center at: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.3/com.ibm.curam.universalaccess.doc/CitizenEngagement/ctr_CitizenEngagementApplication.html
The filter-select drop-downs are working as designed for the internal case worker application so no further changes will be made there.
We hope that this addition to the product will meet your requirements sufficiently.
I will now close this ticket as delivered.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
