Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests
The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Formal support it perhaps too strong a term, however, I would like better support for more than one language for authorised and professional users. To the extent that we can raise questions/defects without getting the canned response 'we do not support multi locales for internal users'.
Many of our tech sales teams speak en as their first language, to be expected to navigate through the system in a language that is foreign is prohibitive to the sales process.
My request is that at the very least, we should have a system that always works with the locale en. So irrespective of the chosen locale, the user can always change to en and feel confident the system will behave as expected.

Hi Nick,
Over a number of releases we have solidified our multilingual support. In 8.0.2.0 we introduced a language toggle so users can switch between supported languages (language packs installed) without the need for an administrator to do this. Since then we have addressed functional gaps that previously existed within the caseworker application for multilingual support. In 8.1 we delivered multilingual support for work queues, quick links, org structure and positions. In 8.1.2 we are delivering multilingual support for product delivery display rules and eligibility viewer.
We have also clarified in our external documentation that Income Support is not translated and we are not extending multilingual support to Admin application. Our position on multilingual support should be clear now; our aim is to provide multilingual support for caseworkers. It may extend into other areas by virtue of the infrastructure being available there but given our statements on what’s not support, customers should not expect it fully functional in those areas.
Therefore I’m closing out this request as delivered.
Many thanks for your input,
Angela Brady, Curam Product Management team

Hi Nick,
We understand how the proposed enhancement could be beneficial, however it would involve a significant amount of work and is unlikely to get priority over other enhancements so we don't believe that it will be addressed in the foreseeable future. It is for this reason that we are rejecting your request.
Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

That is a fair request. And highly necessary for the mentioned users who usually don't speak English. This is a FAQ asked by stakeholders...
Hi Nick,
Thank you for your enhancement request.
We require some further analysis to determine whether or not this enhancement can be considered in a future release.
I will provide another response when our investigation is complete.
Thank you,
