Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to Configure the Age for the Clients to Visit in Visitation Plan

Currently, case members between the ages of 0-21 are displayed in the clients to visit in the Visitation Plan.

We are requesting an enhancement to have the ability to configure the age of the clients to visit. The age of the clients being brought into the Clients to Visit in the Visitation plan should be a configurable field in order to meet our Business Need. It is a Business Requirement that the Clients to Visit field is configurable in order to have the ability to lower the age limit to under 21.

    Hi Amber,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, and follow-up discussion with your team, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * Provide ability to configure the age of clients that can be selected as the client to visit in the visitation plan so that family members aged 18-21 are not mistakenly included in visitation logs and the visitation section of the reunification assessment.

We acknowledge the benefit of incorporating additional configuration options in our application however other features are taking a priority in our planning at this time.

The situation described should be a rare occurrence as it requires multiple selection errors: the family member who is 18 or over must be selected as a client to visit when creating the visitation plan, visitation log, and reunification assessment. In each of these places, the age of the client is clearly presented (please see attached document).

Please also note that if a child over 18 is included in the reunification assessment, selecting a role other than “Child” (such as “Other”) ensures that the individual is not included in the Visitation Plan section of the reunification assessment (please see attached document).

Although we will not be addressing this item in the near term, your suggestion will be available for future consideration. This request will be closed and we will not be taking any further action.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all of the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

    Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team
