The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Hi Shane,
Due to restriction on theses code tables, we followed the approach of changes the existing code description.
Customer wants to use on common code for all the manual payments i.e. ‘Manual Payment' instead of Cash/Offset/Voucher which allowed by OOTB

Thanks for your recent feedback. We have a few more clarifications which I hope you can provide.
The Headline title of this RFE does not seem to reflect your exact requirement after looking at the information you provided:
Current title: Changing Restricted code table code description.
Suggested title based on requirement clarification: Add new code table items to the CT_ MethodOfDelivery codetable which has been marked as restricted.
The reason some of these codetables are marked as restricted is that they are referenced in some of the OOTB Java files (i.e. there is OOTB logic which uses the codetable items contained within this codetable for various purposes).
It is a widely used codetable within our code component (Financial, Organization, Product, CreatePayments).
Have you trialed this already (as a non-compliant customization)?
We need to know the exact details of the business process you are trying to execute, without which we cannot say for sure if it is safe to implement OOTB.
Information should be provided such as what the customer going to do with these new codetable items, what business process will they be performing on these new items etc.
For example something like 'we have a requirement to add new items/values for the ‘Delivery Method' field and these values are from the ‘CT_ MethodOfDelivery' codetable'...

2. Do you have a requirement just to change the description of the existing "cash" codetable item in the CT_ MethodOfDelivery codetable? -- No, as this is restricted code table, we decide to change the existing description
3. Do you have a requirement to do both?-- No
