Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

    Hi Pandiarajan,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.
Currently a UA deployment has the agency name and logo in the top left.
We are updating UA in a future release to allow icons/images to be associated with individual benefits listed which may meet your requirements.

Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

The logo at the top of the UA page is already configurable to be another static logo. Most of the states in the USA, not all the benefit programs are managed by the single agency. Various benefit programs are run by different agencies and have their own branding and logo. Each agency wants to use their own logo and branding on their website to deliver benefit to their citizens.

At the same time, most of the states wants to use single citizen portal to serve their citizen for all the programs even they are managed by different agencies,

The expectation for this RFE is based on the program area, can the logo and the branding at the top of the page be dynamically rendered to represent the agency which manages the program or the users who logged in.

    Hi Sigitas,

So that we can fully understand your requirements, can you please provide some screenshots to illustrate what branding you want to be made configurable?
Where and on what UA screens is the branding/logo required to be made configurable?
The more detail you can provide on this, the better we can understand your request.

    Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
