  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

RELATED IDEAS

WebService - Soap header credentials does not work if externaluser credentials supplied

Would like to call a Curam AXIS2 webservice passing valid externaluser credentials (username & password) as part of the soap header. These credentials should be validated as part of the OOTB webservice authentication against the externaluser & internal user table.

Currently this only appears to work if the credentials supplied exist in the internal "users" table.

    In order to evaluate your request we require that you provide more detailed information so that we can fully understand your requirements.

    Specifically, we would like you to answer the following:
    1. What is the business context around what you are trying to achieve here i.e. provide a step by step guide to the business scenario you are trying to solve?

    2. Is the web service you want to call via an external user exposed to the wider world i.e. any external user can call it and can you give an example of what this web service does?

    3. Have you tried to achieve this and failed?

    If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.
