Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Local modification to workflow was documented and recommended to achieve the count to meet the requirements - Local services team to follow-up.

    Recommendation below:

Option is to customize the OOTB Straight Through Workflow to count any straight through applications. It would be dependent on definition of 'No Touch' / 'Straight Thru'. And there may be more than one interpretation.

    Straight Through Workflow
When an application is submitted from the portal, the application case is created and evidence is created based on what the citizen told the state in the IEG script. The straight through workflow is then invoked. OOTB, the workflow performs a check for verifications on the application case. If there are no outstanding verifications, the application case is automatically authorised. Otherwise, it is not authorised and the caseworker must intervene to progress the application. A customised version of the OOTB workflow could record the fact that there were no outstanding verifications at submission time and that the application was automatically authorised. This information could be stored in a custom location.

The authorisation process that follows the workflow step includes
    • The creation of the Integrated Case
    • The brokering of evidence from the Application Case to the new Integrated Case
    • The execution of Program Group rules to determine eligibility
    • The creation of any required Product Deliveries

Thank you for your enhancement request. We are analysing the requirement and will provide another update when that analysis is complete to confirm whether or not the enhancement will be considered in a future functional release.
