Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Ability to configure the Intake Narrative

Currently the Intake narrative is 1 box with no option to configure.

We are requesting the ability to configure the Intake Narrative so we could have the option to have multiple boxes with or without text populated inside of each.

Ideally, there would be the ability to configure the Intake Narrative field to be filled out as a set or series of fields - so that a Header to the field could be added (to display a specific question to the user), followed by the rich text box that would allow the user to enter the information necessary information. This area should be configurable so that it would allow for Business to determine how many of these header and rich text box fields were needed as part of the intake narrative.

    Hi Amber,

We have reviewed your enhancement suggestion. Based on the information provided, our understanding of your request is as follows:
    * You are requesting that the Intake Narrative that currently provides one large comments box in which to enter narrative information be enhanced to provide the ability for the Intake Worker to enter information into a series of multiple comments boxes each with their own header to direct the user in terms of what type of information to enter in each box.

The Intake narrative was intended to be a place to quickly capture information heard from the reporter rather than to be structured.

Our offering currently provides a way to meet this business requirement.

Customers can use the Assessment Framework / IEG to configure scripts to allow their intake workers to capture the content for specific topics that they would like to be documented, similar to how assessments can be configured to capture the answers to various questions.
Information can be found about the Assessment Framework and IEG in the Knowledge Center:

We are closing this request and do not plan to take any further action. If you believe we have misunderstood your request please respond within 7 days with clarifications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas with us. Although we cannot pursue all of the submitted suggestions, we are committed to involving our users in building our product roadmap and appreciate your ideas.

    Regards,
Shane McFadden, SPM Offering Management team
