Merative Ideas Portal

Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

IEG2 Framework - Save Data When Selecting Back

Issue 1: When Dr's are completing a medical determination script (using IEG2) - then regularly go back and forth between the script pages.
However, if they've entered data in one screen and hit back - then that data is lost (it's not saved).

Issue 2: Additionally, when the hit the 'X' button on the modal or screen - they would like the system to save the data there as well.

    Hi Gary,

We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time as it is not something that we plan to address in-product.
IEG works as designed, data is saved when you hit Next, if you entered data on a screen and then hit Back it is lost.
The X button to close also gives no warning, but the Esc button is blocked.

Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

Thank you for your interest in the Cúram product.

    Hi Eloise,

The medical assessment determination is a custom IEG2 script as part of a decision assist determination package.

Data is saved to the database in-between each page in the defined script - check the DatastoreEntity table.

We are on version V6.0.5.6. So, unless IEG2 has changed on a later version and that is what is being used for your tests; then the issues are still valid.

    Thanks
    Gary

    Hi Gary,

In order to evaluate your request we require that you provide more information so that we can fully understand your requirements.

Can you please tell us the exact medical determination script that you are using?

When we tested issue 1 we did not experience the same problem as you. It is possible to navigate back and forward between script pages and not lose data. The data is saved to the screen, not to the database, until the form is complete and saved at the end.

If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.

    Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
