Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Just want to add that, because there is no link from one help file to other help file, client is left without alternative to provide any sort of online business or process guidelines (and has to live with old-fashioned offline documentation).
Business scenario/impact: The user expects to be able to provide guidelines on business processes within the online help content. This is not possible with single, isolated help pages that are limited to a single application page while processes cover multiple application pages and business objects. Dependencies between different application pages cannot be conveyed without the ability to link the respective help content. This is well-known practice in other software applications and the client does not understand why this cannot be provided by the product. Such a limitation would force the client to provide and integrate an own separate website.
For example, sample OOTB use case for navigating from one help page to another: PDC homepage help content mentions the Person object in the help text description which carries a link to the help page of the Person homepage. Currently, it is not possible to navigate from one help to other help page.
Hi Gopichand,
In order to evaluate your request we require that you provide more detail on the business scenario you are trying to support and also that you provide some screenshots and a clear step by step use case that we can follow to fully understand your requirements.
It is not clear to us what the user problem is and what impact this is having on the user.
If you could respond with more detail, we can look into your request further.
If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.
Thank you,
Eloise O'Riordan, Cúram SPM Offering Management team
