Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests
The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

As part of SPMP-15675, enhancements were made to the Current Determinations page to display additional informational messages to provide increased visibility into the reassessment process for caseworkers.
This enhancement is being created to track additional work that might be needed in this area, based on information provided by the customer in PMR 92477,999,649, which was a spin-off of PMR 90938,999,649 that resulted in SPMP-15675.
The customer raised the following concerns with the use of tasks/notifications for providing information to the caseworkers, and this should be considered as part of this enhancement request as no work was done with respect to tasks/notifications in SPMP-15675:
"It should also be noted that from a UX perspective the task/notification implementation is a poor concept. A user (when aware their action can cause a re-assessment) often directly navigates to the determination page to see what happens. So:
a) They have to refresh and eventually when nothing comes back check their tasks and alerts to see if one came in.
b) If one did not come in (maybe it has not got there yet) they cannot be sure on the determination page if the lack of a new determination is because the task wasn't there yet or the re-assessment did work but the result was an unchanged determination meaning there is no record.
c) Even with a task/notification suggestion there should be some from of auto-closure and there is no suggested OOTB hook point to determine this (e.g. task is no longer of relevance if the batch succeeded after
failure or being deferred to batch)."

Hi Vikum,
We have re-evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time as there are no longer any plans to implement this feature which was going to be considered as an add-on to the 'Reassessment Aggregation' feature that was delivered in Cúram SPM V6.2.
A new feature was added in Cúram SPM V7.0.2 described in the "Reviewing batch case reassessment status" section of the What's New Guide: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8S5A_7.0.4/com.ibm.curam.content.doc/whats_new/spm_702_whatsnew_plat.html
Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
Thank you for your interest in the Cúram SPM product.
