Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests

The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

RELATED IDEAS

System allows Prospect Employer and Employer created with same reference number

The reference number for employers and prospect employers is a free text field. While registering an Employer if we give Prospect Employer's reference number currently system is creating same reference number for both Employer and Prospect Employer.
Expected behavior is system throwing a validation.

      Hi Michelle,

      We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

      As custom validations can be added by customers to meet these types of requirements the business needs can still be achieved compliantly.

      Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.

      Hi Shane,
      Please refer to the details on the PMR we previously submitted WH00010315. We were unable to link the PMR when we submitted the RFE (error message).

      Hi Michelle,

      In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more details so that we can fully understand your requirements.

      Can you add a bit more insight into where/how you are using Prospect Employer as the business justification in the original request didn't really say.
      This will help give us some sense of how frequently/volume the use of Prospect Employer arises for you.

      If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.
