No the dates of birth being displayed does not meet the Business Requirement. Even with the dates of birth the workers continue to select the incorrect person in multiple areas of the application because the clients have the same name. If the SR or JR displayed at the beginning of the name when searching it would assist the workers in selecting the correct client. Workers get confused and find it annoying when searching in trying to determine the correct client they should be selecting. Workers will select the wrong client which creates multiple other issues when working in the application. Please let me know if anything further is required.
Hi Amber,
For this scenario, we would note that the product does allows the caseworker to see the date of birth for the person that should help to differentiate between people with different suffixes such as Sr. and Jr.
In addition the caseworker can toggle the person and also view their age to help differentiate.
Could you please provide more information regarding whether the above satisfies the business requirement to differentiate the search results for people with same or similar names and the impact it has on your caseworkers by not having this enhancement.
Thank you,
Shane McFadden, Cúram SPM Product Management team
