Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Add an option for “One time” to the frequency selector Widget

In home ongoing and any outcome plans - Add an option for “One time” to the frequency drop down.

As per the current frequency selector we can select Daily, Monthly, Yearly etc. As per the business requirements in the outcome plan action and services there are situations to select One time as a frequency pattern.

    Hi Ratheesh,

    We have evaluated your request and have determined that it cannot be implemented at this time.

    For service deliveries, if the service is configured to require the use of a frequency pattern and the client is meant to only receive the service one time, this can be indicated by indicating that only one unit is to be authorized which implies that the service will only be delivered one time on the day indicated by the frequency pattern. If units are not configured to be specified, one time can be indicated by using a start and end date along with the frequency pattern.

    For actions, if the action is configured to require a frequency pattern and the client is meant to only complete the action one time, this can be indicated by using a start and end date along with the frequency pattern.

    Your request may be resubmitted for consideration after 12 months from the date of decline.
