Shape the future of Merative!

We invite you to shape the future of Merative, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Post your ideas

Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  1. Post an idea

  2. Upvote ideas that matter most to you

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Participant age increases throughout the application, which can be an issue in some areas, such as incident reports

Product Version Cram 6.0.4

Problem Title:
Participant age increases across application, can cause confusion in some areas, such as incident reports.

Problem Description:
The age of the Participant (Child, Parent, etc) showing in multiple areas of the system is helpful in certain situations, however when the age increases in intakes, investigations, assessment PDF's, etc it can create confusion for persons reading the information. For example: a child who is 9 in the original intake, investigation and ongoing, 5 years later the child has another intake and there is a court proceeding. The original intake printed and submitted to the courts will show the child is 14 at the time, not 9. This is a significant error and at this time requires extra work to explain to all who are reading the information. The possibility of misinterpretation is great and reflects in a negative way how others understand our information.
As this is a significant issue covering multiple areas within the system, we are sending this PMR instead of multiple individual ones.
We are in the process of determining the full impact and in the next few days will have a document with screen shots.
Certain areas need to have the option to be locked once the work is completed, for example: an intake is completed, the ages should remain the same as when the intake, and related reports were approved.
