Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests
The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Attachment (Description): Please refer to the updated requirements document named Reunification assessment PDF requirements V3.00
The documents have been sent in include the mock up for the assessment PDF's. When we were preparing the mock ups we used word and this document was saved as a pdf, The document has the PDF to Word and this should say Word to PDF.
From the Reunification Assessment PDF requirements V2.00 “There are situations where the conversion from the PDF to word” (Should read) Word to PDF “created difficulties in alignment and moving items around or font is incorrect.”
Please Refer to the Future State Reunification Assessment V2.00.pdf as this is how we want the PDF to look in the application when opened.
The issue is that the present PDF format does not meet our need as a business and the documents were also reviewed and approved by NCCD Children's Research Center.
The Structured Decision Making Assessment PDF's enhancements have been discussed with IBM since 2014. These requirements were sent in as PMR's as per practice at that time. There were conversations with people at IBM, the discussion let to us creating a mock up for each of the assessments with requirements as per IBM's request. A great deal of time and effort has been in invested in creating these mockups.
From the PMR in June 2015
PMR -89377,999,649

IBM Watson Health and the Saskatchewan Government Ministry of Social
Services have arranged to work together on a proof of concept, in which
IBM would develop reports for the SDM assessments in the child welfare solution.
This will be done outside of the PMR process, and therefore the PMR may be closed.
If you have further questions or clarification contact us as we want to assist you in creating a better product for ourselves and other who use the Structured Decision Making tools.
Thank you

These documents have been sent in include the mock up for the assessment PDF, we have mock ups for the remaining assessments but want to be ensure we have the process to submit them correct and IBM has an understanding of our request and we have also submitted the requirements in an excel spreadsheet.
It may be better to have a voice conversation to explain one of the assessments, so that there is an understanding of our requirements

In order to evaluate your request, we require further information from you on the issues you are having.
"There are situations where the conversion from the PDF to word created difficulties in alignment and moving items around or font is incorrect." - It is not clear what exactly you mean here. Can you please describe the problem in more detail with screenshots if that could help us to understand the issues you are having.
Can you also provide us with the steps you are following after completing the reunification assessment?
If we do not receive a reply within 30 days, this request will be closed.
