Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,

  3. Get feedback from the Merative team to refine your idea

Help Merative prioritize your ideas and requests

The Merative team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Receive notification on the decision

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

RELATED IDEAS

OOTB Class IntegratedCaseTab is not extensible

The State of Missouri has the requirement to show the content of Context Panel based on user sensitivity,show sensitivity text besides status text and underneath thumnails of
case participants and show watermark.

The following class
curam.core.sl.impl.IntegratedCaseTab are accessible from custom facade but are not extensible in a compliant manner.

As the OOTB process class IntegratedCaseTab cannot be extended, the State of Missouri's requirements cannot be compliantly implemented resulting in using decompiled copy of OOTB code to make all the above customizations.

    Hi Maribeth,

    We acknowledge that this enhancement request has been accepted for consideration. It may not be delivered within the release currently under development however the theme is aligned with our current multi-year strategy and will be considered for a future release.

    IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting.

    IBM will update this request in the future.

    Hi Maribeth,

    Thank you for reply back with the extra information. All the files are scanned for viruses and there is also a size limit of 10 MB. If bigger than 10MB please send the attachment by mail directly to me 'shane.mcfadden@ie.ibm.com'

    Hi Maribeth,

    In order to evaluate your request, we require that you provide more details so that we can fully understand your requirements. Please provide:

    1. A sample screenshot of what the customized context panel would look like?
    2. A sample call stack of the OOTB APIs you would like to be able to call to satisfy this customized context panel. We assume it includes the API described above (curam.core.sl.impl.IntegratedCaseTab) but are there specific functions within that which are of particular interest to you (i.e. do you want to customize those specific functions and subsequently call them)?

    If we do not receive this information within 30 days, this request will be closed.
