Help Curam prioritize your ideas and requests
The Curam team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at Merative works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.

Some ideas can be implemented at Merative, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

The business is currently reviewing this request and will provide business scenarios once they have determined the exact details. This is currently of low priority so ETA is unclear as to when the details will come as focus is currently on Go-Live requirements; of which this is not.

Hi Maya,
I discussed this request with our Curam lab services colleagues so they would discuss this enhancement request with you with the aim to get clarification on this request. I'm updating the ticket here as a reminder, so you understand we are waiting on this before we can proceed with our evaluation At present, there is a link to a sharepoint site that we do not have access to but I am guessing the contents of that are in the attached word document.
The remainder of the description including the contents in the attached word document, is quite technical in nature; describes classnames, methods as well as code from Curam processing. We are currently missing the overview of the business requirements you need to support, so we can better understand why you need your own unique Task generated. This will allow our technical team to evaluate what is the best way to support that (which may or may not align with the technical details provided).
Please provide the requested information so we may proceed with our evaluation.
